Do I have to use your agent?
No. You start with a StudentNZ agent so someone is always looking after your file, but you can remove or replace them from your dashboard, or bring your own agent and adviser and grant them access by email.
Is my data safe?
Your file lives under the NZ Privacy Act 2020: identity fields are encrypted at rest, access is consent-based and audited, and you can export or erase your data any time from your dashboard.
What if my visa gets declined?
