Students grant you access
A client links you by email and controls what you see: placement, advice, or both. That transparency is a selling point with your clients, and it keeps you clean on consent.
Submit anywhere in the catalogue
Where you hold a direct provider agreement, submissions run under it and 100% of the commission is yours. Where you don’t, submit via Enrolmate as agency of record, with no new contract needed.
Watch the money to the last state
Every placement tracks from accrual to “paid to you”: awaiting provider payment → payment due to you → on statement PAY-… → paid. Remittances arrive as numbered statements, Xero-ready.
Student-granted access
Students link you by email and can revoke anytime, and removal requests are reviewed under the provider’s policy, never silent. Your consent trail writes itself.
Live application states
Every submission tracks through a 13-state pipeline, from draft to studying, updated by institutions and back office, visible to everyone on the file.
Commission without the black box
Earned, pending and paid, per student and per provider, including the 80% share on platform-routed placements. If a client changes agents after you processed the enrolment, the commission still follows you.
IAA-grade record keeping
Advice records are retained under Immigration Advisers Licensing Act requirements even after a client leaves. Adviser access is gated on licence verification, so students always know who is licensed.
Questions, answered
How does the 80% share actually work?
When you submit to a provider you have no agreement with, the provider pays commission to Enrolmate as the agency of record. Enrolmate keeps 20% and remits 80% to your agency on a numbered payout statement, issued only after the provider has actually paid, exportable as a Xero bill CSV.
What if I already have my own provider agreements?
Then nothing changes commercially: submissions to those providers run under your agreement and 100% of the commission is yours. Enrolmate just tracks the states and the paperwork.
Can a student remove me from their file?
Students can request it, but removal is reviewed under the provider’s policy rather than instant, it can’t happen while a visa is being processed, and commission on enrolments you processed stays yours even after a change.
I’m a licensed immigration adviser. Is this for me too?
Yes, but adviser accounts are provisioned by invitation because immigration-advice access is gated on IAA licence verification. Email contact@enrolmate.io and we’ll set you up. Agents and advisers can be the same legal entity, and the scopes stay independent.
What does it cost?
Nothing. Agent accounts are free during launch, funded the same way the industry already works, by provider success fees.
