Enrolmate is operated by StudentNZ, Auckland, New Zealand. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service

• Enrolmate provides education guidance, application management and connections to education agents, licensed immigration advisers and education providers.
• Not immigration advice: guidance generated by the platform is general information. Personalised immigration advice is provided only by advisers licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA), as required by the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.
• We don’t guarantee admission, offers, or visa outcomes — decisions belong to institutions and Immigration New Zealand.

Your account

• Provide accurate information; misrepresentation in applications can have serious immigration consequences and may end your account.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Student accounts are free. New student accounts include a default representation by a StudentNZ education agent, which you may remove at any time from your dashboard.

Representatives

• You control who represents you. Granting access lets that person view your file and act on applications within their scope; revoking is immediate.
• Advice records created by licensed advisers are retained after revocation, as the law requires.

Fees

Students are never charged. Enrolmate receives success-based fees from institutions and, in future, subscription fees from agencies. Fee arrangements never change our obligation to present course options honestly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies), Enrolmate’s liability is limited to resupplying the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded.
