Questions, answered

The things students and providers ask most. Can’t find it? Email contact@enrolmate.io and a human replies within one business day.

For students

Is Enrolmate free for students?
Yes. Browsing courses, checking your eligibility, the assessment, and applying are all free. Providers pay us a success fee when a student they take actually commences, so our incentive is your enrolment working out.
Do I need an agent to use it?
No. You can browse, assess and apply on your own. If you want help, you can authorise an agent or a licensed adviser to see your file, and revoke that access any time.
Is this immigration advice?
No. Enrolmate gives education guidance only. Individualised immigration advice is a licensed activity in New Zealand, so the moment your situation needs it, we connect you with an adviser licensed by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA).
How current is the course information?
Course details are extracted from each provider’s official pages and refreshed weekly. Listings a provider has confirmed carry a “verified” badge. Always confirm the specifics with the provider before applying. There’s a link to the official page on every course.
What does the assessment do?
The free assessment takes about three minutes and matches you against programmes across New Zealand using your background, budget and goals, then gives you a personal application checklist.
Can I apply to more than one course?
Yes. Shortlist programmes as you browse, compare them side by side, and start an application to any of them, and one document set is reused across applications.

For providers

How do we claim our catalogue?
Your programmes are almost certainly already listed. Find your provider page, submit a claim, and we set up a scoped console for your admissions team, usually within one business day.
What does it cost?
Claiming and listing are free. We earn a success fee only when a student we referred commences. See pricing.
How do applications reach us?
Document-complete applications arrive through the channel you already use: Wisenet API, Enroller, your own portal, or a structured email pack. Your team reviews complete files, not half-finished forms.
Can Enrolmate help with UIP reporting and the Export Education Levy?
Yes. It’s a core part of the roadmap for unfunded international providers. You can already record Group 1 enrolments and preview your Export Education Levy (0.89% of international tuition per trimester) in the console; generating the UIP submission file is in progress.
Who can see our applicants’ data?
Only your organisation sees applications submitted to you, and only the details needed to assess them. Access is scoped server-side by role, and every sensitive action is audit-logged.
