Entry requirements
Awarded for published original contributions of special excellence in the discipline. Candidate must have held a degree for at least five years before applying. Normally a University of Otago graduate, or must have completed a substantial proportion of the work while in an academic/research unit of the University. Only one Higher Doctorate may be awarded per person.
