Entry requirements

Must hold a Class 5 learner's licence (requires full NZ Class 4 licence held for at least 6 months), a current driver's medical, and have passed the Class 5 Learner theory test. Also requires 24089 Worktime Logbook and Fatigue unit standard completed within the last 12 months.

English requirements

IELTS 5.5

“all trainees must demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English, equivalent to NCEA Level 1 (High School ability to read and write English) or an IELTS score of 5.5 or higher.”
