NCEA Level 2 including mathematics and NCEA Level 1 including Literacy, OR a relevant qualification at NZQCF Level 4 or above or recognised equivalent. Applicants 20+ who don't meet standard admission may qualify for Special Admission. Flexi-learn option requires current employment in quantity surveying with relevant experience, employer support, and a mentor.
