Entry requirements

Must have already been awarded the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Branch Manager) (Level 5) or equivalent and hold a current licence. To be eligible for the Agent's licence, three years' licensed real estate agency work experience is required, which can be gained while studying (provided holding a Salesperson's or Branch Manager's licence during that work).
