Entry requirements
A degree (Level 7+ NZQF) with an average grade of at least B in the final year major subject requirements for a bachelor's degree (papers worth at least 360 points) or in course components for a postgraduate qualification; or alternative qualifications/experience acceptable to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor. Disposition to teach, literacy/numeracy, commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and te reo Māori proficiency sought; interview required. Secondary Education endorsement requires relevant subject knowledge at NZQF levels 5-7+.
