Entry requirements
Applicants must hold: 40 credits at NCEA Level 1 including 10 Literacy and 10 Numeracy credits, OR New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 3), OR a relevant qualification at NZQF Level 2 or recognised equivalent. Special and discretionary admissions available for those 20+ or under 20 not meeting general entry requirements.
