Applicant must be 18+ (alcohol regulations) and have ONE of: Year 12 School Certificate or equivalent; NCEA Level 3; a Level 4 hospitality qualification or equivalent; at least 2 years relevant work experience; or 20+ years old with suitable aptitude/skills.
