Entry requirements
Applicants must have completed the NZ Diploma in ECE and Care (Level 5) or an equivalent qualification. Domestic applicants must be at least 16 years old; international applicants at least 18. Blended learning applicants need a written professional reference, a personal interview demonstrating professional qualities per Teaching Council standards, te reo Māori competency at Level 1 (Te Aho Arataki Marau), and a Police vetting report. All applicants must disclose any disability or diverse needs.
