Domestic: Hold a related qualification at Level 5 NZQCF or equivalent, OR equivalent industry experience. International: Minimum 18 years old; NZ Diploma in Cookery Level 5, NZ Diploma in Hospitality Management Level 5 or equivalent qualification, or relevant current industry experience; valid visa and travel/medical insurance.
