Entry requirements
Domestic: NZ Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (Level 4) with strands in Restaurant Service or equivalent, OR NCEA Level 3/NZQF Level 3 plus relevant industry skills and work experience meeting evaluation requirements. International: minimum 18 years old, completed secondary school overseas or NZ Year 13, must have travel/medical insurance and valid visa.
