Entry requirements

Aged 18 or over; completed prior study such as NCEA Level 3 or equivalent, a completed diploma or degree at university or another tertiary provider, NZ Certificate in Food & Beverage (Level 4), or Certificate in Cookery, Advanced (Level 4); must attend an interview in person or online; access to a laptop with minimum 5 hours battery life and broadband. RPL pathway available for relevant industry experience.
