Entry requirements

A relevant NZ Bachelor's degree relevant to design (e.g. Graphic/Industrial/Product Design, Fine Arts, Cognitive Science/Psychology, Software/Computer Engineering) or an international equivalent requiring at least 3 years full-time tertiary study, or relevant professional experience (6+ years typical) with evidence of self-directed investigation via portfolio/show-reel or employer statements. Advanced standing available for those who completed the Postgraduate Certificate in Design.

English requirements

IELTS 6.5 (no band below 6)

“We'll be looking for Academic IELTS overall score of 6.5 (minimum) with no band less than 6.0, successful completion of LANGUAGECERT Academic test with a minimum score of 70 overall and no skill below 65, or equivalent test result.”
