Min 18 yrs; NCEA Level 2 or equivalent Level 4+ NZQF qualification with dementia unit standards; must be employed as a healthcare assistant Level 4 with dementia experience and current clients; signed employment contract covering programme duration with evidence of 250 hrs work-integrated experience; clean police check; interview required; employer endorsement letter; internet access and suitable device.
