Entry requirements
Min 50 NCEA credits at Level 2+, incl. 12 credits English/related subject at Level 2+, and 10 Numeracy credits at Level 1+, or equivalent (e.g. trades qualification Level 3+, or NZ Certificate in Building Regulatory Environment Level 4). Special/Discretionary Admission for 20+ without standard entry. In-Employment: must be employed in technical building control role with employer support; min 1076 hours over programme. Provisional admission possible under 20 with relevant experience.
