Entry requirements
A minimum of 14 NCEA numeracy credits at Level 1 or higher and 50 credits at Level 2 or above with at least 12 credits in each of 3 subjects, including a minimum of 8 literacy credits at Level 2 or higher; or successful completion of a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in hospitality; or equivalent overseas qualification; and 17 years and over.
