Entry requirements

Minimum 14 NCEA numeracy credits at Level 1+ and 50 credits at Level 2+ with at least 12 credits in each of 3 subjects, including a minimum of 8 literacy credits at Level 2+; or successful completion of a Level 3 or 4 hospitality qualification; or equivalent overseas qualification; plus English requirements; and 17 years and over.
